During these appointments, your dentist will assess the fit of your aligner and monitor the progress of your teeth. If you're unable to visit the clinic for any reason, it's important to communicate with your dentist beforehand so they can supply you with additional aligners to use while you're away. However, during this time, you must continue to take care of your aligners and brush your teeth regularly.
